Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet, making me feel like royalty in a Royal Palace. Though my room, the 'Molly Delicious,' was on the smaller side, it was still very comfortable.
The hotel offers cozy and compact rooms, perfect for a good night's rest. The service provided by Richard, Kelly, and their team is exceptional, making us feel like friends rather than guests. The location is convenient for exploring Ross-on-Wye, with some minor tidiness issues. The dining experience was delightful with freshly cooked meals, although some dishes were kept too long in buffet-style. Overall, a charming place with great value for money.
